I am a Veteran Owned Small Business or a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and I wish to ensure I am properly identified as such on the Veteran Market. Can I use the established VA SDVOSB/VOSB certification trademark on the Veteran Market to identify my firm?

Yes, if a firm has received an approval determination as a result of their application to the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE), they are legally allowed to use VA’s registration of the mark for properly representing their firm. The mark may only be used during the period designated in the determination letter provided by CVE.

For additional clarification on use of the CVE identification logo, please see the Use of the SDVOSB/VOSB Certification Trademark Fact Sheet at the CVE website.
